Our Founder's A12 Story

When I had breast cancer I was 43 and extremely fit. I was lean and proud to wear a swimsuit. Admittedly, I had less muscle mass because I was fixated on just doing Pilates and not strength training.

Cancer left me 16 kg overweight. I was in early menopause. I tried to lose weight, and I did, but it never quite stuck.

Then I heard about the Amazing 12, and went through their rigorous process to get certified. I put myself through the A12 Classic and the results speak for themselves.

I was so proud of myself. It was tough but I did it! I loved the cheat days, and I was never hungry. And I loved that I could eat carbs and fruit.

The A12 Classic was pretty tough so we are introducing the A12 Express which is much more doable. At just 40 minutes or so, 3 times a week, this is all you need to get results that will leave you and your family amazed!

Don't think you're "too old" and "too vain" to want to look good. You're also doing an amazing service to your long term health by building strength and reducing body fat. Anyone can do this!

What is the Amazing 12 Body Transformation programme?

The A12 delivers an unprecedented body transformation in a surprisingly short period of time, every time, no matter your age, starting point, or genetics.  All Amazing 12 programs safely and comfortably perpetuate gains in strength, muscle gain, fat loss, and cardiovascular conditioning simultaneously, and at levels never before thought possible from regular people.

Is the Amazing 12 Programme for men and women?

We are opening up the A12 Express programme to both women AND men! Many couples love doing the A12 together as this means they are in the same boat, they'll eat the same way, and will support each other throughout the entire programme.

Do I need prior exercise experience?

You don't need prior strength training experience. You will be taught the technique and we can also modify for some limitations (squat depth for instance). But you should be cleared for exercise by your doctor should you have any concerns.

What happens if I'm unwell or travelling?

As we are licencesd by the Amazing 12 in Ireland, we have to follow their method and guidelines. Therefore you only have 7 buffer days in the programme. If you are unwell, we can also use those buffer days. But we really want you to change your mindset and think of this as 12 weeks of commitment and try to move your appointments to fit the A12 programme - and not the other way around.

What is the A12 Express schedule?

We will be holding the A12 in two separate groups. You will choose your groups when you sign up. It's first come first served and we only have 4 pax per group.

Group 1 : Mon/Weds/Fri at 0730 am

Group 2 : Mon/Weds/Fri at 0815 am

Some important considerations please read

A12 additional Terms & Conditions:

Dates are not changeable.

There is 1 buffer week for illness

Any make up sessions are NOT guaranteed and up to discretion of studio (Therefore maximum of 12+1 Week)

Choose Group 1 (M/W/F 0730) or Group 2 (M/W/F 0815)

All participants MUST sign media release at time of payment

Acknowledge that in order to achieve results must follow nutrition on own time

Block out dates for the 12 weeks

Exercise skips - only allowed 7 total during period

Must sign PARQ that confirms no injuries that prevent you from performing basic exercises like squats

FitNut Loft reserves right to not graduate a client if said client has not attended the workouts as laid out by A12 or followed nutrition programme/plan

No refunds given unless for medical reasons (and will be prorated accordingly, we will need medical letter)
